How do I change the fuel filter on my Agility 125?
I don't even see one on the engine.
Also how often should they be replaced? My scooter has 3900km on it.

Unless you get some dirt in the fuel tank, it probably never needs replacing.
The manual on my GV250, says to replace the "fuel filter screen" at 7000 KM.
But no instruction on how to do it.
The service manual shows a replaceable fuel filter (schedule says to replace at 6,000 KM) and shows how to remove the filter
and blow air pressure backwards through it and then re-install it. This makes sense if you have any problems,
but a new filter costs about $3 at an auto parts store, so I would replace it... but only is there were fuel delivery problems.
I hope this helps. Basically, we don't address fuel and air filters unless we suspect a problem.
If you ride on non-paved roads or use dirty gas, then the appropriate filter should be inspected much more frequently
than if you ride on clean paved streets and buy gas from a modern gas station.
Perhaps you want to add the air & fuel filters to your 2-year maintenance when you change the antifreeze and brake fluids.

You're right, it doesn't have one. Just the strainer. Use an air canister to clean the strainer, replace, and you're good to go!

Mary.......My engine is air cooled not liquid cooled so no antifreeze.
MotoRandy.......From looking at that picture it appears that I have to remove the seat to get to the strainer?
I have been having all sorts of problems with this scooter since about 1200km. I will never by another Kymco product. I had to have the belt replaced at 2500km and sever since about 3300km it has been slipping again from a dead stop up until about 20km then it engages. The scooter has no power from a dead stop it falls on its face. I was hoping changing the fuel filter/screen would help it because I really dont want to have another belt put on it. They charged me $225 last time.
If I knew how to change it I would. Also after about 1000km this scooter started riding VERY rough. There is no cushion what soever in the fornt or rear shocks and I took it in under warranty multiple times to several dealers and they all told me nothing was wrong :o But what do I know I just ride it every day ::)
It took it on a 60 mile country ride yesterday and its getting parked. It literally feels like its going to shake apart when you ride it.

Well the "slipping" is probably your clutch springs engaging too soon. I had an Aprilia
that did this and threw some aftermarket springs on to fix it. The scoot needs more RPM's
before it engages to power off strongly.
That's a bit soon to be needing a belt, either something happened to kill it or your dealer
wanted to make some money that day. You should learn how to change it yourself. A new belt
is $30 - $50 and the tools to put it on are another $20 - $50 and you could change the clutch
springs for $30 and be all set for a while...
