I'm looking into buying a windshield for my GT. I hear how much better it is riding with one. But I need some input on which one to get. I hear a lot of good things about Biondi and only a few negative things ( like a little blurry when things are up close around turns ). Isn't there one from KYMCO out there ?

This windshield is great for the price. It does a good job of blocking the wind. Although it doesn't look as good as one that is made for the scooter, I don't think it looks bad, and at under $80 I'm happy with it. There is a picture of mine in this thread http://www.kymcoforum.com/index.php?topic=7049.0 (http://www.kymcoforum.com/index.php?topic=7049.0)
ScooterBus was the first with a Slipstreamer and has a better picture here : http://www.kymcoforum.com/index.php?topic=6808.0 (http://www.kymcoforum.com/index.php?topic=6808.0)

I have the Biondi on my GTI300. I'm 5'10", and it is perfect for me. I can see over the top of it, and when riding, the wind is deflected to just above my forehead. I personally like the looks of it a lot, and it allows you to move your mirrors up and out for better visibility. Easy install.

I am also looking for a windshield for my GT300I. Kymco does have one; the P/N is PGFPCT according to the Kymco USA website. I am going to the local dealer tomorrow and try to order one. the website did not give a price. If I can get one, I will post the price.

Curious to see how it mounts, not easy to tell from the picture on Kymco's site.

I installed my windshield from Kymco on my GT300I today. It installs really easy. All you have to do is remve the mirrors, mount the windshield with the supplied hardware wher the mirrors originally mounted and then instal the mirrors on the mount extension. I have not ridden it yet, but hope to tomorrow if all goes well. I did set it on to adjust the mirrors and found that it is tall enough to block the wind. I am 6'2", and I was completely shielded. I will try to post a picture of it soon.

I forgot to say the windshield is made by Puig. There are no instructions on how to install it, but there was a good diagram of everything. Also, everything is in mostly written in Spanish. Cost was 185.92.

I bought a biondi which is a mid-rise windshield. I wasn't happy with it, because the wind was pounding my entire helmet. So I bought the slipstreamer. I like the slipstreamer for many reasons. It is easy to take off and put back on quickly, and is very adjustable. I have it sitting near the lowest setting, and it raises the windline to the top of my helmet. Perfect. Now I can enjoy longer rides, up to about 2 or 3 hours. The slipstreamer will reduce your gas mileage about 10%, and your top speed by about 5 to 10 MPH. Small concessions for a wonderful and quiet ride.
