Title: 2013 DT 300i Clock

Reading the manual in setting the clock it shows AM and PM  My clock only reads in miltary time.  Am I missing something or is the manual wrong

   my scooter can be set two ways , I just had the battery out so I have to reset the clock again,. pain in the butt ,. been putting it off,.  I put it on 12 hour time,. it was delivered with 24 hour time on it,. and you can change milage from miles to KM.s too

My manual states to set the time in the ODO mode.  I can set the time but there is no way to toggle to 12 hour vs 24 hour. When I press the Mode button it will change the miles/kl  No way to change to 12 hour time unless I'm missing somrething

   sorry Guys I reset my van to 12 hours not the scooter,.  Ive been playing with it all morning and it wont go to 12 hours time

I changed it on my BMW but you had to disassemble the dash and solder a jumper in...

From the looks of the Yager you'd have to unsolder a resistor and add one back but without the schematic
it's just a guess...

Military time is quite easy to understand and once you get used to it you'll see its just like anything else...subtract 12 from anything after 12 and thats it...granted I spent 4 years in the Navy but it took only a week to learn...Even now I refer to military time..just to mess with my kids' heads...lol

I don't think the point is whether military time is easy to understand or not.  I can understand it just fine, I just don't prefer it.

If the folks who did switch it to 12 hour would let us know how they did it, that would be great!

I think the metric gauges with kph as the dominant unit on the speedo can be changed over between 12 and 24 hour time. My SO has the American gauges with mph as the dominant unit, and she cannot change the cluster to 12 hour time. It wasn't worth swapping in a metric gauge cluster and mucking up the odometer.

I guess you could attach a small rainproof wrist watch to the handlebars as an alternative.
