dismanteled carb and soaked in carb cleaner.
know idle screw should be around 1500 rpm.
how to set pilot valve???
What is large needle valve at bottom of float bowl???
Fairly large straight slot with plastic shroud around it.
Is it adjustable ?

i would know squat about your carb issues, but would cyclepedia.com
 have infor you could access?
I purchased their service manual for my Kymco Like 200i.
It has been a help to me.
