Does anyone know what size and weight rollers come stock on the p150? I would like some heavier ones to get a little more top end.

The same question for People 250 S. I have big trouble looking up dimensions for spare parts for Kymco. So far only one guy here told me that for Agility it is 18x14 14g, but neither here nor on Yahoo groups I was able to find out for People 250 S.

14g seems kind of heavy but maybe not for a 250cc.

14g is OEM for Kymco Agility 125.

Anyone put there know the size & weight of the stock rollers on the People 150? I want to replace mine with Dr. Pulley Sliding Roller Weights.

I have read the Dr. pulley weights will separate in time. I have used Malossi for the past three years w/ NO trouble at all

Zombie- What do you mean by seperate? I am currently running the Dr. Pulley sliders. I like them! They don't wear as quick, give a slightly higher top speed and provide nice smooth acceleration.

..zombie..how often to you inspect / clean your malossi??
..I cleaned mine, and swapped each of the 3 sets of two rollers last week, afterward it performed like a new variator...

The brass barrels in the DR PULLEY seperates from the outer ring! I have only read that in one post W/ another response stating the same. So I wouldn't worry or lose sleep over it. As far as inspecting, I only have opened my side case 3-4 times in 3 years.the first 2 were installation, and tunning, the third was to replace the kick start, and put in the 5.5 rollers, (had 6g), and the last time was to pull the variator to check the seal on the crank. I did notice the malossi parts are starting to turn blue (from the heat) but I try to vary my rpm's ALL the time, so as not to get a "set" in any of the components. I think when I get my piston I will also replace the rollers as I am sure they no longer weigh in correct, but they are not flat. I just noticed that the threads here always get re-dirrected. I hope readers have the patience to read everything! Thanks for the breathing room Turnbuckle! I will try to find an answer to the original post, for the p/150 and put it up front.

Shaka, what size and weight Dr. Pulley weights are you using for the P150?
-
I have a ZX50, not a P150. I am using 9g in there right now though. They are a little heavier than I would like, but I had them left over, so I'm using them for now.

Don't know if interested but on my S125 I am using 12 gm sliders and they work well for me.
