Title: Rear fender assembly peoples s50 4t

I have a peoples s50 4T scooter.  Long story but when I took it to the repair shop they did not re-install the rear fender after doing a large motor job.  I was given the parts and told a lay person could do it.  I was able to figure out where 2 of the three mount screws go but not the third.  I figured out the front right and the left rear but not the left front which uses a small bracket.   I could not find any pictures of how it goes.  Any help would be appreciated.
