Title: 12.5% optimistic speedo?

I tried searching on here, but have any of you heard/seen a Speedo be that optimistic? I was expecting the Speedo to be about 7-9% optimistic, but not this much. I guess I'll be changing the oil every 2250 km, not every 2000.

 Based on my phone GPS, when the Speedo says I'm going 45/46, I'm really going 40.

My AG50 is off by about the same amount.

My top speed is about 59/60 MPH GPS but it looks like Im going 72MPH on the speedometer.
