I did plug chops but until I order new jets or find some tiny ass drill bits I'm stuck on a rich tune. I wasn't saying there was anything odly different about yours, I just remembered you stating before your engine had some extra letters in it and a slightly different carb. Like I said before I like yours alot, and if I would have kept mine at 49.5cc I probably would have rather had your engine.

well,,i mounted the 80cc,,with the naraku touring camshaft,,and intake riginal 139qmb 17mm ithink.
and the stock muffler,,i put in jet nr 0.95,,it ran bike ran as hell, fast and with amazing accelaration,,but
not quit smoth,it fellt like it run a bit lean,,så i then put in jet 100 .1mm..but theh it ean even worse,it did get to much fuel,,så then i put in jet, 0.90,,theh it ran a bit lean, but ok..so now i have orded a jet sized 0.94 ,and i have modified a intake from 16mm the origanal intake,,to exaktly the same size as the carb,, to 18.5mm ,,so il hope the .94 jet and the lilte bigger intake will make it run allmost perfekt...
i allso found a restriction on my agility city,,there is a extra pipe monted in the exaust in the start of the muffler, and it is hardend ,tryed to drill it out,,but the metal was to hard.
il hope il get the new jet 0.94 tomorow fre 30 of may..then il know

I'm pretty sure I'm running very close to your setup with the exception of a head with bigger valves, lmk how it goes, my 100 is too big so I'm hoping a 95 or 98 will put me close. Goodluck.

I got my 80cc kit installed along with new head and cam. It's a hell of alot louder now, but I'm running to rich, because my 95 jet has the wrong threads, so I'm running a 100 jet. It runs fairly well and off the line its much better, but I'm going to order a a new 95 and a 98 just to be safe.

After looking at all sorts of kits online, I have ordered a 72cc kit, along with a new head, and a aftermarket camshaft. Time to order about 5jets and a bunch of spark plugs. Once it's tuned and broken in, I plan on ordering the NCY Transmission kit from enviromoto.

I have opened up the exhaust some more and ended up with a 94 main jet with the needle one slot from all the way down. I didn't have a 92 jet, so I dropped the needle down. I also went with 6gr rollers and the most aggressive slots on the secondary slider ( NCY trans kit is awesome). I am cruising at 48 mph and top out at 54 on flat to very slight down grade. All of this is at fairly low rpms due to the trans kit. Haven't been on any big downhill pulls yet, but could probably get 56-57 easily. Final parts are bbk and NCY (extremely tunable) trans kit. Plus a lot of tuning. My speeds are GPS verified. I am working on a video to post on youtube.
Where are you located?(asking for altitude levels)

You purchased a low milage 50cc scooter for $450.00 that will go 40+ mph and you are disappointed . Unbelivable . You might start by reading some of the 3,763 existing posts in the agility 50 section of this forum . Good luck .
I wasn't complaning, this is my first two wheeled vehicle under 720cc so I just want to have fun with it and keep up with most traffic(or atleast not get ran over).

Wordslinger, I am most impressed with your scoot, I purchased the K&N filter RC2290, and 100 and 103 jets, so I am hoping that will put me in the ball park. Was yours more to the rich or lean side?

Thanks for all your input

I just purchased a 2009 Agility 50. Got it for $450 with 976km on the clock. It has a few minor scrapes but only cosmetic. Anyways, the first owner cut the cdi, put in a #85 jet, and replaced the clutch boss. Well it goes about 40+. I would really like to get this thing going about 50mph, is that possible without uping the cc's or am I screwed. Keep in mind I weigh about 210lbs. All Input is apreciated, and right now I only have about $200 to spend right now on mods.
