My agility 50 won't start changed startermotor and starter relay motor just turns please help someone!!!

could not find info in english, makes me laugh, someone tryed 2 steal my bike so needed new igniton barrel and could only get it in states even tho bike from china, crazy init lol 
did ya try the cdi cut? did vids help mate?

check out this video mate can find loads more done mine and i get 45mph after full derestricting methods good luck mate

thanks everybody 4 ya info get 45 out of mine only did 30 b4 found useful video on you tube cut my cdi just do 1 cut 10 mm cut in it and got extra 10mph all the other help was from you guys thanks!
