Agility 50 / derestriction options

hey im sure people have asked this before but what options do i have for derestricting my agility 50 ? its restricted to 31 mph atm and its too slow.

mine did that alot to start with remember that its still running in and that it is chinese ive had mine a month now and after 800 k and a service it starts a lot more willingly but at the end of the day it has kick start eh.
