Maybe fit these http://www.amazon.com/AHI-AHI_678-Motorcycle-LED-Lights/dp/B0051UOZ1Y to the stupid ufo DOT blinkers?

I was also looking for a solution to this problem, the lighting is just not great on this bike.
I was thinking of doing something like this http://www.ebay.com/itm/Projector-DRL-Daytime-Running-LED-Projector-Fog-Lights-Kymco-Super-8-150-50-/180891213702?hash=item2a1df4df86&item=180891213702&pt=UK_Motorcycle_Parts&vxp=mtr#ht_11971wt_1396 and wiring it to a switch.
I was looking for a way to upgrade the bulbs to LED or something else but the information on this is pretty scarce.

Is it engineering grade tape 7yr outdoor vinyl, resists acid, rain a bunch of other stuff

This is the guy I got it from, http://www.ebay.com/itm/380328426086?var=650015792563&ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1497.l2649#ht_8280wt_1372

fairly simple to apply. It is tedious but looks really good. Took me about 30-45mins to do but my garage was a bit cramped so that had a lot to do with it.

Anyone else get the crazy idea to trim the heck out of their bikes with that reflective pinstriping? I did.

And no I am not done yet.

I have decided to go with http://www.buttbuffer.com/default.asp and have them professionally install this in my seat. I will let you know my impressions once it get it back (hopefully this week) I attempted to order one from Airventusa.com which apparently does not exist anymore because I am currently in a paypal dispute with them due to non response. All tel #'s are disconnected for that company so hopefully I can get my money back. But I called up Butt Buffer and talked to Peter Hemmerich and I feel really good about their product so we shall see.

Ditch the riding gear... It's like camo! You are sooooo blended in with the bike I would think it was parked.

Perhaps, I like my fly racing jacket other than the craptastic liner it feels like a garbage bag to me but I guess it kinda does the job, I would love to find a slightly insulated liner for it for those cool mornings but I have had no luck so far. I have been wearing a hoodie underneath in the mornings to compensate.

what company makes this? I am going to try airventusa one and see how it goes, that one looks really nice tho.

If you guys have tried the AirHawk seat cushions or one of the many gel ones can you recommend one for the super8? I am looking at the airhawks but do not know which size to get and am worried they don't last very long. Thanks for the input, Oh and I did do a search and couldn't find a breakdown of info for the super8's

That is a good idea, nah I am not gonna tinker for a while thinking about doing the dynabead thing tho as I do have a bit of vibs above 45 (on the speedo). Rode to work for the first time today felt completely amazing.

This is my new super 8 150 I picked up last week. It has all of 140miles on it and I love it to death. My problem is I love to tinker and upgrade so what do you think I should do first?
