Agility 50 / High beams working but low beams not?
« on: May 15, 2014, 05:10:34 AM »
Tested with a D/C meter looks like no power is going to the light bulb sockets. is this related to cutting my cdi to derestrict and possibly cutting too deep? Help please

Agility 50 / Bore Kit for 2013 Agility 50
« on: March 05, 2013, 01:20:23 AM »
What is my best option for a bore kit that will get me speed? my scooter is already derestricted and has a malossi variator installed. I'd like to install myself so i don't have to pay the dealership $400 for parts and labor, so if anyone has directions for me that would be appreciated as well. My engine life is also not a concern I don't plan on riding my scooter to its grave and i don't really care if I the police have something to say about my scooter haha.  Thanks

Agility 50 / New Carb Jet
« on: September 25, 2012, 10:51:18 PM »
I installed a size 82 main jet in my carb and cut my cdi now my scooter wont start. I may have cut 2 wires instead of one in the cdi could this be the problem, also the large part of the main jet(the mixing tube i suppose) wont go down completely in the carb is it supposed to sit like that.

« on: September 12, 2012, 12:10:12 AM »
I just ordered a malossi multivar variator kit and i'm soon going to derestrict my cdi and change the main jet. should i also change my belt to a kevlar belt because of extra strain?

I asked the dealer how much it would be for parts an labor theyre response was with the at tune up at 500km it would be $150 + $150 for the tune up. i get the feeling thats quite a rip off considering that the parts are under $40 with shipping. however if i do end up derestricting myself this voids warranty. worth it yes or no? have you ever had major problems after derestricting?
