Technical | How To / Engine Hesitation issues when Turn Signals operating.

When accelerating from a dead stop, or through the midband, the scoot will run fine as long as the turn signals are not on but hesitates when turn signals are flashing. The hesitation is also synchronized to the turn signal light bulb being on. (Bulb on hesitation, bulb off, no hesitation, repeat..).
Idle- no issues.
Starting- no issues
Headlamps- dim (as always) regardless of speed.
Battery charger says "full charge".
Weather-appears unrelated as it is usually warm 60 degrees +.
My first problem with the scoot and I am scratching my head. Ideas?
