Xciting 500 / Exhaust Heat Shield

As I was riding along the interstate the other day something from a truck flew off and hit my bike. Thank God I did not lose control but I did suffer damage to the exhaust heat shield only. I cannot seem to find a replacement. Does anyone know of where online I can purchase the OEM replacement?

Please help!?!

Xciting 500 / Kymco Parts for Repair

My friend wrecked my xciting500 for me after having bought it 5 days before the wreck.  >:( I'm going through my insurance to get it repaired. The shop that is doing the repairs is also the shop where I purchased the bike from. They are a Kymco dealer and they are letting me know that they have to order the parts from Taiwan.

Has anyone had to order parts from Taiwan and knows about how long it takes  to get the parts back? The shop is telling me that they think it will take about a month to get the parts.
