Hi everyone,
I have just acquired a 2000 Filly 50 from an elderly neighbour who rode 1000km in the first year and left it at the back of the garage since. It looks like it's just rolled out of the showroom !
The first service was never done, so I've done it all, except check the valve clearances. It runs fine, but the top speed appears to be limited to 35kmh / 20 mph

It's a French model, but here in France the speed limit for 50cc scooters and motorcycles in 45kmh.
Is there something that should be done at the first service to allow it to reach the intended maximum speed ?
