I wish I'd have seen Fleetwood Mac! I was listening to the radio yesterday when one of the DJ's mentioned that Stevie Nicks said Fleetwood Mac died with Christine McVie...and the band Fleetwood Mac would never tour again.  Bummer..

Dont want to rub salt Hawk, but... I did see Stan Webb's Chicken Shack with Christine McVie (Perfect as she was then) playing!

Make sure you know exactly what height you want. Measure twice and cut once.

That old Carpenter's adage!

OK, I know I said I wouldn't, but I'm approaching the end of this tankful so I'm going for 220!  Any bets on it out there?  Should be able to let you know in about a week.

(I'm a wuss though so I've stashed a litre of fuel in the top case!)

Be a bit of a trek from here Stig!  That said I've never been to the Carolina's coast so, who knows?  (I did once skirt the edges driving from New Jersey to Atlanta to see Fleetwood Mac, but that's a whole other story.)

Feel your pain Stig.  Climbed aboard mine for the first time in over a week yesterday and boy did it feel good.  Only a 20 mile run for errands (Honey do run?), but it sure blew the cobwebs away.

We're at the start of your heatwave I think Stig, which is why, unusually, I am up at 5 am reading posts on here!  Should have got organised last night and gone for a ride this morning!!

You can be forgiven Stig, that's impressive!

Wow Stig, that's London rates!  I think the most I ever paid was about £12 an hour at Manchester Airport when I dropped daughter off for a flight to the Canaries.  (That's if we don't count the odd time I've been caught out by poor car park signage and ended up with a £60 parking penalty notice!)

Fairly common phenomenon on modern bikes, EFI?  My Triumph is very prone to this, but you learn to adapt your throttle control with practice.

Beat me to the draw Hawk!

Used to see a lot of these here in the late '60s early '70s and yes, road legal here Stig.  Rarer than rocking horse droppings now; subject to corrosion?...

I thought for sure this would have to do with dealing with dames!

These are walking around burritos.....or breakfast burritos,  from the UnderDog Cafe'....do not ask for "hot sauce" in it. You will go blind before help can arrive!

At home, on Mexican Night, we leave them open, and eat French Style  - with knife and fork.

After 53 yrs of marriage.....dames remain a mystery.
Stig

S'easy Stig, just start from the premise you're wrong and she's right!  Works for me 90% of the time lol
