FIXED!!! no air leak, played with the a/f screw some more hangs just a little for a split second...waiting on a bigger pilot

good thinking...ill have a look tomorrow, i doubt it is a leak tho as it sits and idles nice when started...its when i  take it out for a ride thats when i get the idle problems, i dunno worth a look rule out some issues cheers :)

so i installed my new 70cc kit and having trouble with the idle...when i go for a ride then come to a stop it hangs at 3000rpm then drops down after a min or so...so im guessing would a larger pilot jet solve the issue? ive messed with the a/f its backed out at about 1/4 to 1 turn

all sorted now mate went back to the 88 main jet put 5.5 gram rollers in runs like a champ :) i think it was running a lil rich

bear with me on this one...going along at full throttle for about a mile hit a slight hill and it slows down..which it will but i hit a flat again and it takes forever to pick up speed again..like theres no power even if i let off the throttle and put it back on...

any idears will be more than welcome

..trial and error...tuning...is the key to success...


..just today, i've had my clutch completely disassembled 4 times...changed the drive belt, swapped torque drivers, and installed 5gram sliders in blace of 5.7....


..and it's better than when i started...
