Agility 50 / Re: Wrong place, always wrong time

I took My 50cc Jonway scooter to scootertronics in Sykesville, MD. with a variator that I had bought from ebay. I wanted them to install the variator an 85cc cyl kit that I was to purchase through them, and rejet the carb. I already had instaled an exhaust. They had My bike for a month, 3 weeks waiting for parts. When I went to pick it up I had to wait for My new batt to charge and witnessed a sample of how the buisiness is run. Mike is 90% into his band and 10% into His buisiness, and that day He was more than half an hour late to open His own store. I was 15min early, lol.  They do have a good mechanic. They do not stock any parts to speak of. Just a few shelves on the wall in the back, and a wall of stuff in the showroom. Its a sad looking little place although they did seem to have a little remodeling going on. You are better of buying Your parts off Ebay, I think Scootertronics does.

I love it. I ride (P150) with My size 13's out on the pegs too. My problem is that when Wifey gets on the back, I can fit My feet on the platform, but the pegs are too far forward for Her to reach. She is short. Got a passenger footpeg mod ?  :P

Hi Everybody! I recently purchased a slightly used 06 People 150. I've put about 500km on her in the couple weeks We've been together, and I think I love her. I'm in Newark DE. I'd like to hear from scooters in My area, sometimes I think its just Me and 10,000 guys on Harleys.

People 150 / Foot pegs

I'm 6'2", pretty big for this scooter. When alone, I have My butt on the back seat and I use the passenger foot pegs. I am positioned a lot like I would be on a sport bike and it works out very well for Me. I can assume the normal riding position to accomidate a passenger with no problems of My own, but My Wife can't reach the foot pegs. WTH? She is average height but She can barely stretch to touch the pegs with the tips of Her toes. It is an '06 model. Surely We can't be the first to have this problem. Does anyone have a good solution for this ?   :-\
