wow USA it's just a dream for me I hope it will turn in reality someday ... My dream it's to have a place to work ,where your work it's payd like it should and you can enjoy with your money... here you could do that just if you have money ... A teacher here earn 200$ ,a soldier 250$ (if you go in Afganistan, last year youve earn around 10000-12000$ in 6 months ). The food price and other things are like anywhere in europe . taxes are high but what they give back it's nothing .My grandmother pension it's 130$ , Child Benefit in clases 1-12 are 13$ after that in college you get nothing ... .And if you think it can't get worse you are wrong ... it might be posible to get like greece with sever taxes ...
SORRY for offtopic but that was just to give you an ideea about how it's here ... and zombie for short period (just when you have money) it might be posible beacouse Romania it's a beautifull place with mountains ,sea and other things from nature other than that ....nothing
On topic : Most of chinese scoot of 50cc are runing with that ratio 11.07:1 so I don't see why it will doesn't work on agility

I know about malossi ,I've heard just kind words about it , but until I have a stabil place of work it remains just a dream ... now I work in construction with my dad in order to sustain me in college ... I can't wait to finish this college and get the hell out of this f%^king country

slinger I just derestrict scoot from CDI and boss ,and put new 4.5 gr rollers (I've asked for 5gr but the seller send me 4.5 ,it's an idiot) and I get 75-76km\h on flat on my spedometer ,but I think it's something wrong with my speedometer I think it's to optimistic...

thanks guys ,that means I'm not crazy ... my ratio is 13.6:1
slinger I traveled with a bunch of chinese 4t scoot and I was the slowest it's verry frustrating beacouse my scoot KYMCO has a reputation to prove\protect
(I'm prod that I have a kymco )but guess what.... chinese gears are suposed to fit in my scoot so I think I will give them a try .I found a set of chinese gears (primary and secondary) with 21$ when I find money I definetly gona put them in .
So I think thats the reason why agility are using lighter rollers then other chinese who use around 7 or 8gr rollers ,with stock engine.
I've read on a forum a seller tryed to test an 8:1 ratio with a 80cc kit and it was a total failure ,the scoot didn't go anywere

In manual it says that the ratio is 1:11.05 ,that means when rear wheel spins one time the clutch bell should spin 11.05 times ... but at mine I have to spin the bell 13.6or7 for a complete wheel spin .... so that means I have an other gear ratio ? That should explain why most of chinese 4t scoot are faster than mine

After a trip of 200km with a few palls who have this kit mounted ,I said no way to put that thing in my kymco ,the kit it's arrived but I think I don't even go to get it from mail office . The reasons are with that kit the engine is overheating (my palls need to stop at every 25 km or so ) the power was obvious but I'ts not worthing .One of my friends since he put that kit all pieces start to broke ,gears , variator ,strange noises from engine ... and I don't want troble .I'm glad beacouse I could see those kits at work (on chinese scoot with gy6 engines ) before I pay the money for it .I prefer to stay with stock engine and reach 45000km like slinger than put that thing in and do ...who knows 2000km and change all parts on that scoot... So I think It's better to dont look for cheap kit ( this one was 55$)

I have an other ideea with thouse little fan , I'm thinking about cooling the engine with it ,beacouse this 100cc set will heating with at least 20 degrees celcius in plus
I've heard about an other problem with transmision, with that set the variator is overheating and literaly melt the belt after 70km of riding ( the man was having malosi x-kevlar belt ...not any ordinari washing machine belt)

Thanx for suport , it's obvious that I need a new main jet ,the question it's about slow jet and needle screw ...I will see after I get the kit ... thats my only fear ,carb tuning ...
An other thing that I need is heavy rollers ,I'm thinking at 8 or 11 gr , the 80 cc kits what weight are using?

I've just ordered a kit of 100 cc from http://magazin.smartmotor.ro/index.php/Piese-de-schimb-pentru-scutere/Kituri-de-tuning/45-Kit-tuning-100cc.html . I don't know if you understand something from there beacouse it's in roumanian . I've read opinions from thouse who already mounted the kit on diferit 139QMB engine scoot and they are very happy with it . This kit makes 80cc kit's look like 50 cc .The good part is that you can use the stock head and carb (but when I find some more money I will buy a 20-21 mm carburaetor) . Good help us to be well
