Ok new update.

I can jump the scooter off another battery and it runs great. I drove it around today for about half an hour but as soon as I got home and tried to restart nothing happened again. With a multi meter the battery is around 11v not attached to the bike, when it is hooked up to the bike it is around 4v. When I have the bike running the battery is about 14v. Any ideas why the bike wont start without jumping?

ok so update.

I got the bike started by jumping it off another battery. Now everything seemed to work once it was up and running but after i stopped running it the starter wont start by pushing the electric start button. If I take a screwdriver and put it across the starter coil it will start if hooked up to the jumper battery as well. is this brand new battery not working? on a volt meter its showing just about 11.5v

And yes it sparked with the battery charger and when i tried jumping it off a boat battery. Nothing works still, no lights in the dash when in on position and no sounds/lights at all from anything. Multimeter on battery shows almost 12v.

This kymco 150 has only 2 glass fuses that are intact. If there are any more I cannot find them.

Hi kymco people!

I am having an issue that hopefully someone has some knowledge of. I have a 2010 kymco people 150, it has ran beautifully up untill this point. I will give  little backstory on what happened before it stopped working - I had left the keys in the on position and drained the battery one night, afterwards i hooked up my battery charger straight to the battery still hooked up into the scooter. There was some sparking and initially it had started and i ran it around, everything seemed fine. So then when I got home I again left the keys in the on position and drained the battery again. Now I have bought a new battery and nothing works at all. When i put a multimeter on the new battery it shows that there is a charge so the new battery should be fine. When I put the keys in to start nothing works now (no brake lights, horn, turning signals, dash lights and the starter makes no noise). Nothing seems to be working and I don't know where to look to see what the problem is. Any ideas?
