My current scooter (Agility 50) is I think unrestricted - it reaches 40+mph and stays there quite happily. However I live in a hilly area with very steep hills on some roads.  I don't want to go faster but a bit more torque would be useful to save the embarrassment of being reduced to walking pace on some hills. Also I seem to run out of oomph with the throttle at about 2/3 rds rotation, after that it seems to lose power!  Any ideas?
