I just cut a piece of closed cell foam, (an old egg crate mattress pad is perfect) Used RTV to affix it to the dump bed. Now when I open and close it, the foam reseals.

Alot of the noise is the engine itself. I put a foam barrier between the box and the seat back, made so we can talk with out screaming...

I went 1 size larger, not a real loss in the low end, only difference was the high gear roll off on a slight incline. I chose Sun co aggressive tires, Been a lot of mud here in KY lately... They are great, and the ride is smooth..  Only pic I had on my phone at the moment, sorry for the Antler shot....

Sorry, I have not been on in a while, the bar is 6500 lumens, sometimes too bright, I did not run a Dual battery, don't think it needs it. The roof is just a fits all from Cabelas, the windshield is homemade. From a sheet of lexan.

I put a 20w (6200) lumen LED bar on my roof for plowing, What a difference. Direct wire to the battery through a fuse, works great... used an open switch hole on the dash. Only shot it I had.  :-\

I bought and installed the universal plow from Cabelas. Works great, used it all last year.

I only really need it when the plow is hooked up, otherwise, yes it was good. It went up 2.5 inches.but the ride is harsh without the plow wieght.

Can someone in the Kymco service world tell me why it is so freakin hard to shift my 450i, took it to the dealer and they say they lubed it, still a pain in the arse to shift. Has been since I bought it, and now the warranty is out..
