I use Kymcopartsmonster here in the states. I am not familiar with dealers across the pond. The site certainly looks legitimate. Sorry mate..

UPDATE

Found this website which as far as I can tell has the parts I need  ;D

Super 8 150 / UK Parts Dealer
« on: July 24, 2016, 11:29:47 PM »
Could anyone recommend a UK Kymco Parts Dealer for me? I've looked around and all I can find are American dealers. I know Kymco is an American make but there must be a UK dealer surely?

Also guys (sorry alot of questions) is the model number of the belt I need for my Super 8 125 the same as the 150cc version or the 50cc version?
150cc version is 23100-KEC4-C00
60cc version is 23100-KEB7-C00

Did you get the variation back together correctly? If the belt was keeping the vary nut from correctly locking down then there could be some real failure issues coming soon. I'd open up the vary cover and look and see what is happening inside there when you give it throttle. It might be a telling story.

Also I noticed when moving the belt with my hand it's getting stuck at certain points as if it's too tightly packed. Also think the clutch needs replacing as my rear wheel isn't moving at all when on the middle stand as it used to spin slightly when the bike was idle.

Yeah I got the nut back on but had to loctite it so it doesn't come loose. The other problem with the nut is I had to take my kickstart off as that was spinning and screeching causing the nut to come loose. I think the belt may be a little bit big for my bike as the variator plate doesn't sit on as it used to. I will attach a link to the belt I bought. I'm going to buy a genuine Kymco belt and see if it's any better and also going to purchase a new variator set. Thanks for the replies guys really appreciate the help.

It has been my experience that for performance and longevity the original Kymco belts work best. Personally I would not trust a bargain Ebay belt. However, it sounds as if your problem is more related to your carburetor. I would first replace the spark plug, then check the air filter, then clean out the carb. Simple cheap things first.

What would you advise for cleaning out the carb?

I have a 2013 Kymco Super 8 125cc which I bought from brand new and for the last few months i'm really struggling to get it over 45mph. Once I get to around 45 its like the bike is struggling and starts to vibrate under my feet. Also i've noticed the last couple of days theres like a rattle underneath my feet like something is loose. Hope someone can help me. Thanks

Also I have noticed there's not a lot of power through my throttle. It used to set off with a tiny bit of Rev but now it just sits and doesn't move until I give it around 1/4 turn.

Hi Mr Paul. I have done 6000km on it but I have replaced the belt already. I bought the belt off eBay - is there a certain belt for my scooter or does it matter which belt I get?
