MXU / replacement engine

I'm looking for a replacement engine for a Kymco MXU 150.  The only place I can find them is here: https://www.alibaba.com/product-detail/Loncin-LX162FMJ-4-CVT150-ATV-engine_1861296945.html

But they only sell in bulk.  Can someone recommend a place to purchase one from, or some other engine that would fit?

MXU / Gy6 swap into mxu 150

Recently bought non running mxu 150 (not sure what year) for a project.after diagnosis I think it may need a new engine. How hard would it be to swap in a gy6?  Will it physically fit in the frame, any electrical connection issues, etc?

Any advise would be appreciated.
