Didnt get the pipe, still working on the carb though, I keep messing with the jets, I am running rich now when i hit close to my top end my scoot slows me down still havent raised the needle yet just been enjoying the ride.  I really hope to get this thing right but havent had much time to work on it I will keep updating, want to take her on a long trip, but want her running right first

Been busy hows everyone, looks like you guys have it handled,  I agree with the carb tuning it is awful still tweaking mine, but i am running more than 50 now on the flats still need to figure out an exact speed but keeping up with the cars passing with ease as well.  I am loving it, up hill is still a battle but not nearly as bad as it was, but I will say this I am blowing all the scoots out of the water, I have had so many people asking me what the hell I had under her!!!

Agility 50 / Re: How much for an Agility 50?
« on: April 15, 2010, 01:13:42 PM »
I paid 1300.00 for mine in 09, it was an 09 model too.  I haggled the dealer some though told him I would pay with cash money if he gave it to me for 1200.

So technigas just emailed me and told me as long as the people 50 was a 4stroke the exhausts are interchangeable.  I dont know how much performance this will give me, but I think I am going to try to do the trade, I hope he is willing to do it still!

I got a response from technigas, and they said if your people is a 4 stroke then they will match up, if its a 2 stroke then it wont!!!  So are you interested?

Your float might be stuck on something, you might have to take it apart to see whats going on, I think it comes apart I would hate that, but worst case you just have to keep track of your miles!

Yeah taking the carb apart every time to jet it is frustrating, but in order to get the right mixture it is necessary.  If you run lean you work your motor hard, while if you run rich your motor cannot run too hard.  That  is the simplest explanation I can think of.  I dont know how slingers running such a big jet I have a bbk in my scoot and figured I would be able to run something that big, guess I was wrong.  Oh well trial and error.  I guess I will be ordering a couple jets this week, probably should get the kit with a bunch of jets, but I will probably get a 90 and 98 and go from there, I can always drill another one out.  I still need to raise the carb needle hoping I can get a pic from someone showing me what they did!

Well, I drilled my spare jet to a 105 way too rich scoot would go like 10 mph's and bog down.  I guess Im going to go with a 98 I think that will be perfect size jet.
