I know a number of cases where wife told a husband that he is not allowed to do this or that, especially buy a bike or a car or engage in some fun activities, even go to the gym! It happened to a number of my friends too.

I fail to understand why would anybody allow themselves to tell other people what to do, and even more, why men so readily comply to be p****-whipped, and even share that kind of shame with others, especially in cases where they want to spend their own money after taking care of the household bills, savings etc. Furthermore, this bike/scoot/car can be used not only by one member of the family, it can be quite useful to others too.

No flame intended, just something I have been wondering for a long, long time.

I hear what you are saying, I get it all the time at work but it is all white noise at this point. Guys will bitch and complain all day about how they can't do this or they can't do that but the truth of the matter is that we enjoy being restrained because it makes us feel that someone gives a sh**. Also once we do get our way for once it makes the victory that much sweeter.

Thanks for the quick reply and information. Here are some pictures of how she looks:

The previous owner just cleaned her up of all the unnecessary parts and went for the stealth look. The blue technigas pipe actually matches my Suomy "Ben Bostrom 05" helmet perfectly. This was what I prefer all my vehicles to be, just a clean look with some nice accent pieces such as the red calipers and blue exhaust.
