think thats not spacer, its just gear/speed limitator for 50cc..... u dont need that?

multivar has some kind of problem with materials used in some scooters so that washer/spaser comes before multivar.... to protect!

YEAP,

problem solved, it was clutch springs (didnt tell that i bought baotian clutch)....red paint isnt red malossi color...

put on yellow malossi....and i think thats it....clutch is engaged at higher rpms....no picking at low...

Got 16kkm on it...
changed:
- malossi variator at 9k
- both tires at 13k
- pads at 15k
- voltage regulator at 15k
- brake oil at 15k
- front fork oil at 15k
- belt,12g rollers, clutch at 15k

sadly now at gas stations people ask me how beautiful agility is.....but its time to say bye bye...

Sorry guys,

job and i bought z750 last septembar...

Agility was taking dust and cold alone, coz im a prick who drives bike all winter. In this case kawa was my choice! already have 10k in 6months....

Tried 2day 2go to Crikvenica....but no luck...some people are just lazy...

Needless to say Kymco gotta go....im selling it...

Bought new clutch kit....will test it 2morow....

mate,

i was burning the clutch as mad man....but cant go away, its just got worst....

seems to me like clutch is uneven, so its picnking at idle...

know that solution. But this is opposite. It starts normal for few miles then problem kicks in. Even at ideling its picking to start.

Hi guys!

Got some problem with idle and starting to move.

When clutch trying to kick in ive got some bumpy kicking...

3times i was disassemble it and first few miles was OK, then problem start to kick in.....

got no solution, picking at idle but why?

i got metal noise from exhaust at higher rpms....
rechecked my valves...there are good...but what about everything else?

need to get only kymco parts....kdu kymco is different from other gy6...

kymco have gy6 like engine...think that bog bore must have kymco compatibility info.....different positions of screws...

but also think that if u can try before buying and can return is the best solution.....if u can..

sometimes scoot just sucks.....also i think that scoot was laying around for at least 6-10 months....

I have had 2 different dealers take apart and inspect the front shocks, because they are very noisey and do not cushion worth - had same problem, no oil in left one -  nada.....
popping through the exahsut the whole time - need to  clean carb from water....or something else in carb....
A couple days ago the scooter started slipping - sometimes e-chocke/idle motor gives problem...e means that it got his own mind.... ;)

go to an open road and drive it to the max for 10 miles, pedal to the metal.....dont go far from service dealer.. ;)

some girlfriends are just pain in the ass at the beggining....its called breaking in....

check spark plug, plug cap....

try pulling both levers....combination

check wiring to coil and coil...
