Just got my new belt in today. I ordered a 732/18.5/28 gates premium - the problem that I am having is the belt measures 17.5 not 18.5 is this normal

Will post pics as soon as i can figure out how. The mods listed below have been installed over the last few months. Everything is brand new - the scoot is located in north central florida.
Mileage on the scoot is 18805km = 11684mi 1558yd 0ft 03â„64in
Here is what has been done:
Malossi torsion control
Malossi torque drive
Malossi multivar variator
Dr. pulley sliders
Dr. pulley hit clutch
Stage 6 medium spring
Stage 6 rt wing cooler clutch bell
Tecnigas Next R chrome exhaust
Avon viper 120/70/12 front tire - brand new
Avon viper 140/70/12 rear tire - brand new (looks sweet)
Ordering new gates premium belt
Cleaned and rejetted the carb
Removed and replaced air filter with free flowing filter
Removed and replaced all the fluids
Custom cvt cover work (nothing major, just wanted to increase air flow in to the cover and add some flare to the bike)

Scoot runs beautifully thanks to you guys here and on those on kymco forum. Reason for the sale is to purchase another scoot that better fits my needs. The guys that i ride with here in florida we do more otr (over the road) riding than city riding. It is nothing for us to do 400 plus miles on our rides. (we do 3 day trips). The scooter perform perfectly reach gps speeds over 55mph. My problem though was that the rpms where around 9 to 10k - While yes i could do a BBK and a gear change. i think the mpg would fall to far down to make it enjoyable to ride on long trips (always having to stop for gas). So i am wanting to find a good home for the S9

i have a 2003 s9 - got a deal on a brand new hit clutch - here is the number 161-301 107m - the different sites that i have gone to say the 107p is the one for my scoot - the one the guy wants to give a schweeeeeeeeet deal on is a 107m - the price would be under 100 dollars - is there a big difference in the 107p vs 107m - is the difference just in the spline count for the bell - in which i can just use a different bell correct - what should i do - thanks

been doing some reading here and almost ordered that a50 pulley today - so to make sure i have this correct - the unrestricted a50 is no more - if that is the case is there a substitute other than the naraku - will the malossi drive face work or do the job and display the stamina of a oem a50 unrestricted pulley - read here that the naraku worked well but didnt last long - thanks
