Side By Side / Re: 450i - Does it fit? Long bed, tail gate up?

I own a long bed Dodge Ram, the 450i fits in the bed with all wheels in the bed, The tailgate gets to withing 2 inches of closing. There are latch extensions available that solve the problem. I use straps and hook the end into the lock of the tailgate and cinch the gate up. I have not had any failures with this method. http://www.discountramps.com/tailgate-support-bar/p/TAILGATE-10-SUPPORT/

I have to say, The dealer did the same thing to me, Not assembled very well. My steering also came loose and the diffs were empty.

Side By Side / Noise from clutch area 2016 UXV 450i
« on: June 08, 2017, 04:51:10 PM »
Hello, I am new to the forum. I just bought a new 2016 UXV 450i in Camo, Love the look. I rode my machine for approx 78 miles, then the rear end started howling. Low and behold, the front and rear diffs were empty. I filled them and the howling stopped. Also now experiencing some grinding sound coming from the clutch area when coming to a stop and or slow backing. I brought the SXS back to the dealer and was told that the grinding sound was normal? Also, I had a real hard time convincing them that the diffs were empty, I asked them if they checked the before delivering the unit to me and they responded yes. I responded with "so they left them empty when inspected?" Then they told me that Kymco ships them with full diifferential oil, So I asked again, "Then it is ok to charge dealer prep and not do the prep?" This is when they sent me to the manager who was unavailable. Anyone else experiencing the "Normal" grinding sound? Any one else get a unit without Diff Oil?
Thx in advance.
