Agility 50 / Re: Airsal 70cc Big bore kit
« on: September 28, 2011, 05:54:07 AM »
You would be better off getting a 80cc BBK, from experience, the 70cc gave me more bottom end no matter how much I tweaked my transmission. The 80cc gave the top end I'm sure your going to like. Sorry those guys with the 2 stroke......they can do it all with 70cc, but 4 stroke you need to go bigger.

A Fello Hawaiian.........
cuz trust me on this.....you can beef up your 4t to the max but all you can gi at most is 55-60mph.
those 2t just got more tourqe and rev, than a 4t.
I'm currently running my agility with 82cc airsal bore kit,uni filter w/122 jet malossi variater, kevlar belt,
1000 tourqe spring,2000 clutch spring,7gram rollers, with that I do a solid 50mph on the flats,35-40mph,on monster hills, friend of mine has the same set up........just put in naraku gears, and thats how her got 55-60mph w/ race cdi.  best of luck in tuning yours, maybe you'll the set up....if so....please post for us bradda's to read......Aloha.

hey slinger, may I ask, what is the tube out of your filter for?
and what jet size are you using with that setup?
 WAY COOOOOOOOOOOOL DUDE!!!!!!!!!   insane....

if you're planing on using the 80cc with a k&n filter or uni type filter,
from expirience......... you might want to start with a 110 jet, then see from there
weather to go up or down, depending on your scoot reaction to it.

like Zombie said, and I admit 2t are a blast to ride!!!!!! but longivity, I'd have to go with 4t, little more tuning every-now-then, again longivity wise better.

« on: April 02, 2010, 06:31:31 AM »
with a 80cc bbk, did anyone try 7g rollers with it? just wandering how it went
with acceleration, not looking for the yank...... just enough to get in and out of intersections.
didn't wanna spend the $$ on it , if someone else did a trial an era' with another size
roller and had better result. :o

again, thank you to all who answer the post on these sites....you guys are the bomb!

kymcofan...I hear you on the hills & being bullied in road or in traffic,I'm planning
to try 7gram rollers along with the rest of the things, minus the pipe if I'm happy with the speed as well. Dark 13, and slinger.........mahalo's for the correction on valve clearence,.04 not .004
I will try it on both intake and exaust, and see what it does for me. ;D

thank you for all the replies!!!!!!! I got it now...SCOOT! not moped.
Iwas told at the shop where I bought the scoot, that the 80cc bbk was all I needed to get that boost,
I guess not! cause it was always lacking that umph! ya no. ::) ::)
