Agility 50 / KYMCO AGILITY 50 no power

I tried taking my speedometer of the scooter to paint the fairings
And the 3 wires that look like grounds touched and sparked
I blew a fuse and replaced it
The only thing I have power to now is my blinkers and horn
No headlight nor brake lights or starter
What could be my issue?
I have no shot wires all of them seem intact?
Please help
