General Discussion / xciting 500 mirrors problem on model 2005

does anyone have solution for mirrors on xciting 500 as I can see only my hands ?
I heard that there are bracket extensions with plastic covers is that true?
If osmeone knows please send me where to buy as I have dificult time seing anything behind.
