Agility 50 / Need info on a agility 4t 50cc with a 6pin cdi

I was wondering if I could get any info on a ra agility 50cc that uses a 6 pin cdi
Can I still derestrict the moped ? Add a bore kit ? Best exhaust ?
Back story I normally ride a motorbike but sadly I have nerve damage in my left arm so clutch control is becoming difficult so I have picked up the agility rs for cheap as it’s missing all the plastics .
My plan is to get the welder out and with some work turn the moped into a bobber style with a peanut tank
