When I first started scootin' I would get a little nervous before I rode. Now I can't wait to get on the road.

Thats the two things we can't do anything about fate, and drivers in a cage that don't pay attention. He is one lucky scooterist.

I have yet to park mine for winter and do not plan on it. If she will start I am going to scoot except on ice and snow
I ride all winter as well. A pair of Extreme Carhart bib overalls and a full face helmet and I can manage anything that doesn't include snow and ice. The snow only lasts a day or two when it does fall here in eastern Colorado.

I really hate egomaniacs in anything larger than a scooter. Sometimes I think they are going to run me right off the road. And Harley riders. Most of them are great but you get those that think they should be the only ones allowed on the roads, and especially not scooters! There I vented.

Find some way to keep your scooter/bike INDOORS when not being ridden!  You'll double or triple it's life.  I'm lucky to have a small metal storage shed which is just big enough if I go in at an angle.    My scoot lives with the lawn mower, lawn tools, cat kennels, paint cans, etc.

We kicked the truck out of the garage. Now it is a two wheeled vehicle only garage. The problem is there is nothing that will triple the life of a scooter with a klutz like me riding it.

:'(My poor Kymco. 4500 miles and it has fallen over numerous times. The left brake lever is bent and there are abrasions on the left side. I give at a 5. Runs great though.

Stay on top of that dealer. If you don't they will find away to get out the contract they have with you. They can label the scooter a lemon and refuse to do any more warranty work on it, whether it is still under warranty or not. Thats what happened to my wifes scooter. Keep on them. Get what is yours.
