Hi gang! Please direct me to discussions on higher gearing. I've done all the mods, have plenty power. Also, can higher gear kits be obtained or anyone making them?

People 50 / Malossi reed valve setting

Gents... My Malossi kit said to gap the red valve at 8mm. However, it did not fully cover the plate (open space on the side), so I gapped the stock one at 8mm.
The bike SCREAMs up the hills...just hate to eat the reed valve in my new kit. Any advice?

For a cup holder, my wife and I (matching Kymco's) use a hammer sleeve from a tool belt. We just added a loop and hang it on the hook on the dash. Works great in the wind, rough roads and I can sip at the signal, put it back w/o looking.
For speakers I have two sets. One is a MP3 stereo incased in a soft pack which clips on the mirror stem. The other is a separate set that telescopes for bass response, retractable link built in. Just aim it right.

Gentlemen
I have a 05 since new.. just burned up a piston, want to do the work myself (san diego).  Can I just hone the cylinder and add over size rings? what size?
Want to mill the head... 20 over good? Have a buddy with C&C
What type piston? Stock?
I can port, it's only worth it on exhaust port only... right?
The stock variator will never do it, always stuck as a 2 speed.  Is Mallossi best? And do I keep stock clutch or is Delta good choice? I don't want to experiment and presently have a new Kevlar Mallossi.
I've jetted, added Vince pipe, de-restricted but want another level.
I like 50cc, big kit doesn't appeal at this point.
How do I know if the oil injection works? (just in case that was the culprit).

Okay... for now. I am trying to get this all at once since there are many pages out there. Thanks. Kragster ???
