I solved the first problem with the thermostat now i have carb issuse. does any one know how to calibrate the carbs?

I have had my bike in the shop twice now and i was wondering if it a fluke or did I make a bad investment. I bought it from a single owner who says that he keep up with it. So far i had the tensioner replaced and the thermostat and the coolant fan.
