update: we changed the whole engine and battery and still wont charge and loghts still dont work. cables all look fine

i dont know. but the battery is new - one month old and problems started a week ago..

hello, i have some problems... my scooter wont charge battery and ligts dont work. when i take out battery and charge it, for short time stop light and "orange" side lights work. any idea? thanks
