So I took everything apart and did some cleaning and greasing. And after putting everything back together it is doing the same thing but worse. To the best of my knowledge and research I have done I think the clutch is slipping on the bell housing. I want to try a new clutch and bell housing without breaking the bank if anyone has any suggestions. Since this is just an experiment still and I don't want to sink a ton of money into this project.

I did find these on ebay.

I'm diving into this project on Monday. One question I have is when I purchased this scooter it was already making this noise. If the previous owner road it for long periods of time with this going on could there be damage done. Or parts that need replaced or should it be ok. And I want to thank you all for the help you have provided. Much appreciated.

So you are referring to the bearing inside the clutch assembly. Do you happen to have a part number for that. Also is there a manual I can purchase or download that has specifications like bolt torque and disassembly ect. Also sign I dive into this project is there anything else I should just go ahead and replace while i have it taken apart...

One thing I thought was weird. If I'm not on the throttle at all and I hit a big enough bump it with make a small screech nose. Does that sound like same thing also.
What is the fix for this problem.?

If I can get some help troubleshooting my problem it would help me out a bunch.
What is happening from 0-10 mph the scooter runs perfect
After the 10mph mark I get I squealing /screeching coming from the rear end. If I let off the throttle it stops and if I give it more throttle the noise progressively gets worse.
I think I have narrowed it down to the clutch or belt or something in that area.
If you all agree. Is there a tutorial or video that can help me out with disassembly and putting in new parts to see if it helps out.
