Agility 50 / No power to control panel

Can only start manually. No power to electric start, signals, horn. Battery is good. This is a brand new scooter, purchased Thursday. What to do?

Agility 50 / Turn signal issue

Just got my scooter Thursday. That evening the right turn signal started blinking fast like hazard lights. The right turn signal light works in the rear but does not work in the front. Changed the light bulb in the front and it still does the fast blinking and no light in the front. Left side works as it should. Ideas? Thanks for your help
