Dear All, I changed the Face drive+FACE COMP MOVABLE DRIVE+Belt(Gates). And buy a lighter rollers 14.5gr. But the scooter is very different the acceleration very slow to 5500Rpm then 5500-7000rpm more slower than the original setup.

What You think? the Original setup: Stock Variator Movable Drive+Face drive 15gr Dr Pulley rollers, Malossi belt, white malossi contrast spring.

Okay, I did it last week. Unfortunately You must heat the headlamp in an oven with ten minutes on 100 °C, then You can easily disassembly the  lampshade then you see the led side light, 3 bolts hold the pcb, then you can soldering the smd. These smd are 4 pins. The common three points the positive side, and the one negative side.

Downtown 300 / Re: Overheating rectifier - solutions?

Those voltages actually sound good. If starting issues remain you can check for corrosion on the starter motor terminal and the spark plug cap.

Hi. I changed the rectifier last weekend a new one. When the engine running the Voltage is 14,2V on the rectifier. And when I use the head lights and the rpm is 4-5000, 14,5V.

on the ebay there a new designed rectifier from the Kymco.
