GiddayRianna,I checked the jet and it is a #80 so that gives me something to go on.I have a agreement with the nasties they keep out of my locality and I keep out of theirs.Incedintly a crocadile was spotted up north at 8M plus that is a hugh croc.Seeing as how I cant buy jets here I will have to buy US.Gotta go catch you L8r.Martin

Gidday Rianna,At the moment 12.10 PM it is 28 deg Celcius  and absolutly beautiful.I live in Mackay Queensland gateway to the famous Barrier Reef and home to the lethal box jellyfish and the lethal Irukanji jellyfish and the lethal saltwater crocadile as well as the most dangerous snake in the world the Taipan but apart from those insignifcant things Australia is the best place to live .The Vibe is a zx50 and the jet size I seen someware it was a #90????. OK Everyone,Took scoot for a hurtle down the road(with eye open for cops).Motor runs ok but bogs down mid throttle and slowly winds out.I cant drill holes in muffler because they wont reg(licence it) here in Queensland Australia. What size jet do I need to correct this problem keeping in mind you cant buy them here in OZ.Thanks ::)

GIDDAY EVERYONE,I HAVE JUST BEEN TO THE LOCAL ''KYMCO'' SHOP AND INQUIRED ABOUT A LARGER JET FOR MY ZX50 AND HIS REPLY WAS ''KYMCO''WILL NOT SUPPLY ANY JETS OTHER THAN A STANDARD ONE AND THEN THEY WILL HAVE TO ORDER IT IN.I THEN ASKED ABOUT VARIATOR ROLLERS AND ANY MODS THAT ARE AVAILABLE HIS REPLY ''NO'' THEY WILL NOT SUPPLY ANYTHING TO INCREASE PERFORMANCE.
I WILL NEVER ENTER THAT SHOP AGAIN TO BUY ANY PARTS AT ALL. >:(  &^&**%$&$$*

Gidday Rianna,Thanks for that.I have narrowed it down to the CDI.It started in the morning and let it run at a great rate of knots for a half hour.It stopped and would not start.I put the CDI in the freezer for 10 mins plugged it back in and away it went till it got warm then it cut again.I do have a manual. Thanks

Gidday,I bought the scoot at a garage sale for $100.It is a 2007 model. The previous owner stuffed the starter motor and the kick start gear trying to get it to go.New starter and gear fitted so now trying to get it running. Also fitted a new battery.Parts in Australia hard to get so GO Ebay. When the CDI arrives I get back to all. Thanks

Gidday again,I will try to explain the problem.I removed the spark plug and connected the HT lead to check spark. When I wind the motor over and watch the plug for a spark the colour of the spark is very dull and almost continuous compared to the revs of the motor. When winding the motor over with the plug in trying to start the scoot it winds over no problems then it reaches a point that the motor seems to fire at a point when the piston is on its way up the cylinder ie too far advanced which it makes me think it is the CDI as it controls the firing sequence and timing .I hope this may help my problem. Thanks
