MY SCOOTER FAILED ITS MOT THE NOTES ON THE FAILED CERTIFICATE SAY....
''rear roller brake test indicates excessive fluctuation of brake effort''
WHAT DOES THIS MEAN DO I NEED NEW BRAKES OR WHAT???
THE FRONT ONES ARE FINE BUT THE BACK ONE IS ''FLUCTUATING'' IS THIS SUMTHING THAT IS EASY TO CHECK UR SELF?
PLEASE HELP

LOL CHEERS MATE, I THINK IT IS THE WIRES RUBBIN TOGETHER HANDLBARS SEEM OK BUT THE CREAKING NOISE DOES SEEM TO BE CUMMING FROM THE WIRES, AM GUNNA GET A SCREW DRIVER AND UN DO THE BOLT ABOVE THE HEAD LIGHT SEE IF THAT CAN GET ME ACCESS TO THE WIRES, WISH ME LUCK

thanks guys i am truly devastated ive only had the bike about 4 weeks its pretty new, i really dont no wear to begin in regards to taking the front of my kmymco (agility 50cc) does any one have a link to a picture of how to do it or anything i am a complete novice when it comes to scooters, what tools would i need? thank you so much

CAN ANY ONE HELP!! I RECENTLY FELL OFF MY SCOOTER ON AN ICEY ROAD I WAS ONLY GOING ABOUT 5MPH OR SUMMIT BUT IT SLID FROM UNDERNEATH ME ON THE RIGHT SIDE AND SLAMMED PRETTY HARD ON THE GROUND,
THE SCOOTER RUNS FINE ITS JUST THE STEERING NOW FEELS FUNNY AS IF ITS PULLING ME TO THE LEFT OR TO THE RIGHT I THINK THE BEARINGS MAY HAVE BROKE, CAN THIS BE FIXED MYSELF?? ITS DOES CREAK SLIGHTLY WHEN I TURN THE HANDLE BARS TO THE RIGHT ANY SUGGESTIONS?

thanks guys ive taken it back to the dealer he thinks it has somethin to do with the carbarator am waiting to hear back from him

my bike cuts out when i let off the revs when stopped at lights and when i first start it up it wont go faster than 10 miles an hour until i rev it for a while it gets going but cuttin out at the lights is very frustrating can anyone help

i have just bought a 2008 agility 50 kymco scooter for 650 pound it seems in good condition and has around 9000 miles on the clock i bought it from a dealer, but upon riding the bike i noticed it cuts out when i let my hand of the revs and struggles to start again.
i also left it out side for about an hour while at a friends and when i came back out the bik would no go faster than 10 miles an hour until i ridined it for about 10 mins doin laps round the street it started to pik up speed and was then ok but it still stalls when i stop at lights or let my hand of the revs can anyone shed any light on this
