MXU / New mxu 450i prime, winch spool stuck?

So just brought home a NOS 2018 450i.   Of course I had to fiddle with all the gadgets.  And it seems my winch spool is stuck.   I can hear the solenoid clicking.  But it doesn't move.    Tried unlocking it and pulling the cable out by hand but it won't move.   Before you ask.  It's not stuck on the swedge

Before I call the dealer.   Do y'all have any ideas

Just a quick question.    Has anyone tried putting 25in tyres on the mxu 450.   

24-10r12s are a rare size.   And I don't wanna change the factory alloys.
