MXU / MXU 250 Wiring Question.

I have a Kymco MXU 250 and I can't get the digital hud to come on when I wire the ignition wires together I did just use a wire on the starter solenoid and the starter does crank it over and when I do that the green Neutral light fades in and out.
On the starter solenoid the thick wire is connected to it, but there is a little wire connected as well on the hot side but the skinny wire is ripped off, so I was wondering if anyone had a wiring diagram or knows what that wire is connected to.
