Technical | How To / Accelleration problems at mid range and when I go up a hill (Kymco Agility 50cc)

Hey everyone (new user here) trying to learn about scooter maintenance.
What I have done so far to try and fix the problem.
1. I have flushed out the carb and the jet with Carbi cleaner.
2. Checked the fuel filter and fuel lines.
Anyone have any ideas what the problem might be. I do not know alot of parts on the bike so as simple as you can write it please.
