Sounds like a choke problem. Or carb needs soaking. If it has the electronic choke check the wires.

Update I took carb off again. found some factory silicone in the accelerator pump.  Cleaned it out and she ran like a champ. Guess the torches will have to wait.

no it has 207 miles total on it. and yes it was doing it b4 upgrades?  And i also have adjusted everything i can think of. I ve been a mechanic for 20+ years, this shouldnt be that hard.
1. tank is clean
2 new filter
3 carb is clean
4 air filter like new
5 plug isnt fouled
6 adjusted valves to .004
7 ran seafoam thru it
8 CUT IT IN 1/2 WITH TORCHES  LOL

Agility 50 / ag 50 reving problems

My son has  a scooter, It bogs badly when reving up. I put the upgrade kit on it for some more speed. ( bushing in clutch and jet and cut cdi wire) It still wont un right. Ive cleaned the lines  and carb, adjusted intake valve to .004, put additive in it etc. still acting up. I am pulling my hair out on this and am ready to junk it. Any suggestions??????
