Engine is properly grounded to the battery. I will check on voltage regulator. By the way thank you for video

Thats right. Battery is good now. And yes it stopped when it blew up. I replaced the fuse too

Right. Yes I did manage to get it started. After that there was no spark. After that i started changing parts but still so spark. My cdi is identical to the old one and connection is the same.

By the way, turn signals, lamps, horn works perfectly.

1. Battery is charged, at 12, 89 volts
2. In run position
3. Only fresh fuel. I got it after two years of only standing in the garage.
4. I changed the stator, cdi, ignition coil and spark plug.
5. 2007, 17k km = 10k miles. Previous owner said it was running very well. As I got it I managed to get it running with jumper wires. But I think they were connected for too long and burned the fuse. I replaced it with a new fuse, and it had no spark. So then i replaced cdi ignition coil, spark plug, stator still, same problem. Yes, its a good spark plug, tested on another scooter. Connecting spark plug and placing it on rocker cover then turning the engine.
6. I found some posts about simular problems but as I can see all if them were 125cc kymco's
7. I have lots of experience with 2t piaggio and minerali engines. On them it was much easier to find electrical problems

Hello, I have electrical issue. It has no spark. I replaced stator, cdi, ignition coil, but still no spark. This kymco agility has kg10sa engine. This problem is quite annoying because there is not enough info for this kind of problem. Thank you for your help.
