1. Battery is charged, at 12, 89 volts
2. In run position
3. Only fresh fuel. I got it after two years of only standing in the garage.
4. I changed the stator, cdi, ignition coil and spark plug.
5. 2007, 17k km = 10k miles. Previous owner said it was running very well. As I got it I managed to get it running with jumper wires. But I think they were connected for too long and burned the fuse. I replaced it with a new fuse, and it had no spark. So then i replaced cdi ignition coil, spark plug, stator still, same problem. Yes, its a good spark plug, tested on another scooter. Connecting spark plug and placing it on rocker cover then turning the engine.
6. I found some posts about simular problems but as I can see all if them were 125cc kymco's
7. I have lots of experience with 2t piaggio and minerali engines. On them it was much easier to find electrical problems
