Technical | How To / Someone drilled a hole into my ignition. Need help rewiring a new one!

Someone tried to steel my People 150 the other night. Luckily, it looks like they broke their drill bit and gave up.
I've managed to take off the ignition core from the front side, and I'm trying to put in a new one. The core has a 5-wire plug but my new cheap plug has 4 wires. I can't seem to find a wiring diagram that shows what wires are connected when ON and OFF.
I connected the 2 greens together, which are ground. I connected the red and black wire. When I start the engine I hear to starter moving but there's no spark, as if the kill switch were on. The 5th wire is a black with white stripe. I'm thinking if I connect that to either the ground or power circuits, it will allow for spark?
I'm not terribly excited about electrical work. I always feel I'm on the verve of a good shock or explosion.
