Super 8 150 / Re: Leg room super 8 125

Hi, Klav! I'm 6'0", have 31" inseam and size 14 boots. My feet sat at 45-degree angles to each other on the Super 8 150. So, using a 3/8" thick piece of plywood, I cut out "sort of a butterfly / bat (animal) shape" to fit over the floorboard. The plywood extends laterally about 1" beyond each side of the plastic (21-1/2"). The plywood front to back in the center is 6-1/2". The length front to back near the flanks, both left and right are 16". I primed the top side and edges with two coats of automotive primer. Applied two coats of semi-gloss black (spray can). When paint was cured (several days), I applied 3M self-adhesive stair tread 12" x 3" (Ace Hdwe). I rounded the corners, with first using a mug as a tracing guide on the back side of the stair tread material.
Looking at the plastic floorboard, you'll find four plastic cups, under which are four machine bolts. I removed the upper right and lower left. At the hardware store I made sure I obtained the correct metric thread, with tapered head for use in wood......1-3/4" to 2" length (stainless) [either length will work
].
Now my big feet perch parallel to each other and I'm a happy camper.![Roll Eyes ::)](https://www.kymcoforum.com/Smileys/default/rolleyes.gif)
