Agility 50 / What are your stats?
« on: May 18, 2021, 02:46:05 PM »
Ok simple.
1. What do you have?
2. How long have you had it?
3. Mileage?
4. What have you done to it?
5. How often are you riding?

Here I go:
1. 2020 agility 50 4t
2. Just under a year.
3. 2000 km
4. Rollers, cdi, smooth boss, carb and exhaust.
5. Weather permitting, as much as I can. To and from work (roughly 15 miles).

Still in search of one answer. With others out there that have done mods similar to the ones I've done....how long did your scoot last? Is it still going strong? That's all I'm after here guys!

Looking for input. Steido, if you are here, thanks ahead of time. I've done the smooth boss, 5.5 rollers, performance cdi, bigger carb/air filter and a Leo Vince exhaust. I removed the whole air box assembly. I have a 2020 agility 50. About 1400 km on it. It rides like a champ. Fast and it is loud. Partly from the exhaust I think but also from air box removal. Not going to lie, I am a little paranoid that it is going to leave me stranded, but that's only from the sound.afraid the engine will go and I won't hear it. I don't run at full throttle too often, and change oil regularly with synthetic. What kind of life can I expect out of this agility, now that it's modified. Sorry for the basic questions but I am new to really understanding. Thanks for any help offered people!

I just got the leo vince for my 2020 agility 50. Installed it, sounds great, performs great, etc. One problem. the header pipe/muffler connection is literally right on top of the drain plug. Would anyone out there be willing to take a look at it and give me your thoughts? Is there a fix? Did I do something wrong? Im lost with it, and would love a solution as opposed to dropping the exhaust everytime I need to change the oil. Thanks will post another pic after this post.

Can really unscrew the dip stick to get it out. It's appears to be too close. I dunno. Was thinking about cutting the front tube part (header) off of the stock muffler and mounting the Leo Vince muffler to that as it is routed below the dip stick. Thoughts?

Stig, do me a solid and look at my most recent exhaust post. I'm lost for ideas but open to fixes. If you don't mind that is! Thanks.

Can you still hear the motor cut out at a certain point? Might be a bunk cdi. I ordered two before I found one that worked as described. I have 5.5 rollers, unrestricted clutch boss, racing cdi and just put a racing exhaust on tonight. Hitting 42-45 mph(75+ kph) on flat ground, no problem.

Agility 50 / Exhaust issue. Have you ever seen this before? Fix???
« on: May 07, 2021, 11:53:58 PM »
Installed a new leo vince exhaust on my agility 50. Love the performance and the sound. Only problem that I have come across is that the way the header pipe/muffler connection is situated puts it right in front of/on top of the oil change/dipstick. In order to change the oil, I will need to drop the exhaust, which isn't a huge deal(3 bolts) but a pain in the ass. Any thoughts or suggestions on this? Thanks guys!

You can uncork a 50cc with the right mods, but it will definitely have a short life! If you can get it to run 8,000rpm, you might be lucky to have it last for 5,000 - 7,000 miles.  (Speaking from experience)

Any recommendations on how to dial it in to a specific rpm?

Thank you so much for responding. I can't seem to get answers on most of my posts. The scoot runs fast. Changed oil today and the old oil didn't look bad. As fast as it is, I try not to fill throttle it excessively, as to help with the life of it. We shall see!

Agility 50 / Anyone out there?!? Air box /mods question
« on: May 02, 2021, 03:15:28 PM »
Just finished new carb, performance filter, cdi unrestricted boss and rollers. Removed the whole air filter box and re-routed the breather line. Went for a ride yesterday. Much faster then it was. Use to top out on flat ground around 32, now hits about 45-47mph on flat ground. When riding heard what almost sounded like a blowoff valve releasing in a tuner car. Bike didn't shut down, all hoses appear to still be on, and it still drove. Had to adjust the idle screw when I got back because it was stalling out at stops. Runs fine, but that singular noise got me a little paranoid. Plan on an oil change (already was going to before this noise happened) todays and a little more of a test drive. Any thoughts on this? It's a 2020 kymco agility 50 4t with about 1200 miles on it. Want it to last as long as I can, and plan on changing oil every 800 to 1000 miles. Would love some sort of input. Just been getting a lot of crickets on here vs any potential answers. Thanks.

Agility 50 / Oil changes after mods
« on: May 01, 2021, 02:23:41 PM »
Hey all,
Just finished upgrading my agility. New carb, lighter rollers, unrestricted clutch boss, and a racing cdi. Have a leo vince exhaust coming this week. Have 1100 miles on it. Have done one oil change before I added the mods. Mobil 1 10w 40, 4t racing synthetic. Now that I have modded the bike, how often should I change the oil for the most life out of it? Want this thing to last, and minimize excessive wear as much as I can. Thanks.

Agility 50 / Places to order from -- Quality but not draining bank
« on: April 21, 2021, 01:18:48 AM »
Hey all. Looking for recommendations on where to order some parts from that are not complete crap. Not trying to break the bank but looking to upgrade a few parts for my 2020 Agility 50. Parts are as follows:

1. Unrestricted (no rev limit) CDI
2. Unrestricted clutch boss
3. 5.5 Gram roller weights or sliders, happy for suggestions.

Appreciate any help / direction ahead of time! Cheers!
